The presenter will be Rev. Dr. Ron Bell, senior pastor of Camphor Memorial United Methodist in St. Paul, Minnesota; author; speaker; and personal/congregational trauma specialist

Dr. Bell’s practical “four promises” are effective tools for the journey through complex present trauma (or, as many clergy experience it, secondhand vicarious trauma), whether it is related to race, environment, economic factors, culture, or sex. These promises enable us to endure and survive and will help clergy lead both themselves and their congregation forward.  The workshop will be based on Dr. Bell’s new book, “The Four Promises: A Journey Healing Past and Present Trauma,” available on Amazon.

Clergy who participate will receive 0.5 CEU.
